A calculator was developed with a client to quantify the annual financial benefit from using the system to streamline manual processes like pipeline reporting, sales reporting, referral reporting and review compilation.  

Other benefits (beyond manual process streamlining) like growing referrals from improved communications or raising retention by monitoring service standards were not included in the calculator but are listed at the end of the calculator with other non-quantifiable financial benefits that this client derives from the system.
